Turkey Pot Pie
2 cups leftover turkey
1 cup mixed vegetables, frozen
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can cream of mushroom or cream of potato soup
3/4 cup milk
1 Tbsp. Miracle Whip
Mix all ingredients together in medium bowl. Pour into unbaked prepared pie shell. Cover with a second prepared pie shell and flute the edges, sealing the top crust to the bottom crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes until crust is golden brown. Serves 4-6 people.
