Hurricane Floyd and Flood Pictures

The following pictures were taken by me. There is an explantion below
each of them telling what they are and where taken.
 

You can tell that this is usually a very pretty scene of the Tar River,
but if you look closely, you can see by the brown area on the trees
how high the water was.
 

In the above pictures, you can see the extensive damage that was done to
the bridge between Tarboro & Princeville, North Carolina surrounding area.
 

These pictures show more damage to the bridge area. If you look closely
at the picture of the service station, you can see how high the water got
by the "mud line" it left just below the roof on the right side.
