NACMAI GUIDELINES
- The discovery of, showcasing, and promotion of the emerging and aspiring Country/Gospel Music artists who otherwise would never have a chance to perform before State and International Country Music Industry personnel.
- Always foster new Country/Gospel Music talent.
- Each state/country is required to hold state/country wide awards shows for these aspiring artists with the understanding that the winners of the various categories will be able to compete in the regional runoffs, with the winners going to the International Finals.
- The Association's purpose is to promote Country/Gospel Music.
- Membership is made up of Country Music organizations from all of the continental United States and Foreign Country. All newly organized and functioning as such associations, and those which may form in the near future, are eligible to join.
- Each state/country association has full autonomy. They are joined, in a consecrated international effort, to discover, develop, and showcase the aspiring country/gospel artists, songwriters, and industry leaders.
- International conventions will be held for the purpose enacting by-laws, electing officers, and setting goals for our purpose of being a International Country Music Association.
- The International Association, in no way, takes away from the individual state/country associations. The intent of the International Association is to strengthen the role played in Country/Gospel Music.
- The International Association is structured in a manner that allows each state/country to have representation on the International Advisory Board of Directors. Each state/country shall have two (2) representatives on the International Advisory Board and each Chapter shall have two (2) representatives on the State/Country Board of Directors.
