Susan MacLean
The moment Susan MacLean takes the stage her glowing energy and infectious smile will capture your heart. Originally a dancer and actor, Susan puts her entire self into the singing of every song. Only six months after her first live performance, Susan MacLean was playing to standing-room-only crowds in Poughkeepsie, NY. Six months later hers was the only acoustic rock band selected by TAXI to participate in the Ernie Ball NY/NJ Battle of the Bands where they placed third in a sea of electronica and hard rock. One year later Susan was invited to appear at the Town Crier Cafe a venue songwriters work for years to play. Since then Susan has toured to more than 50 venues in 10 states and has beed featured on 2 television stations and numerous live radio shows.
Susan released her CD, Waiting for the Rain, in March of 2000. This debut effort has received excellent reviews as well as considerable airplay in 10 states and on the web.
