Introduction to Drum n Bass
Drum 'n' Bass has a Black Roots. This danceable tunes derived from a mix of dance Genre for its background. Hip hop/Rap in the 80's is one of it, then comes Break Beats. Then breed another genre called Drum n Bass in the Early 90's. This combination of thick bass line, some crunchy beats, and atmospherical tunes at 120-180bpm makes it such an energetic sound to dance to. As people becoming more experimental, and the unleash of the Underground turntablist D'n'B grow darker and faster. When the bass line thickens, the atmospherical tunes dissapear, and the beat faster at 180-220bpm it sure turns Into Jungle. Along then come the MC with a Jamaican accent rappin away to the Music sending subliminal messages to people, to Dance Faster! Last but not least at 220-320bpm then that is what we call Gabba. Industrial Bassline and this is some Real ARDKORE tunes! You can still dance to it but me mysef I Prefer to only listen. Drums are the most natural sounds people can make. By tapping your palm to the desk or even beating tree trunk like the african tribes. As very spiritual Raver, D'n'B is my calling for a tribal gathering. Gotta love all this Tribal sound more than anything. It Just doesnt touch me as much as how my Lovely Drum n Bass sound do. So this one is completely a winner for me.
