Part 5 ...

February 1996 was washing away with the grim of everyday life. Unfortunately the gang was all too busy to witness the winters last cries.

Omega and Auriana moved back into her old room in at the loft. William Zane moved back to New York, but was often up to visit Cindy on weekends. Brandon started shooting a new movie in L.A. and on weekends and all Renee received was a weekly phone call. Monicka and George were very happy and had the only ‘normal’ relationship out of the bunch with the exception of Krista and Steve who also started dating at this time.

It was a quiet Sunday when all the girls got together for their usual 'Sunday Night' Dinners. The dinners were a way not to lose touch with everyone’s busy lives. It was Adrian and Krista’s turn to cook dinner at the girl’s loft. Adrian took out of the freezer two frozen lasagnes with when Krista walked in with with salad mix in one hand and two bottles of wine in the other.

They all sat down to eat a short while later with the usual chatter. Omega started off the dinner with the mention of Monica’s mishap earlier that day. Renee and Auriana were engrossed in an argument over where to put their new big screen TV.Adrian was too busy eating to pay attention to Krista who was trying to talk to her.

It was Steve’s first invitation to the Dinners, and he was dumbfounded by the scene before him. It was hard to believe how close these girls were and he smiled to himself. He now understood the hold this group had on each other. He looked over at Krista and had to give her a kiss.

"Look at us," Cecilia’s voice quieted everyone down, "We are truly a family."

"What?" Margarita finally said after everyone just stared at Cecilia.

"I mean our friendship, I can’t even imagine not having this Sunday night dinner, I don’t even remember how I filled up this night before."

There was a collective agreement from everyone at the table.

"What do you all say to a vacation?"

"I don’t know this is a pretty busy time." Monicka told everyone.

"Me too." Omega added.

"Who asked you" Adrian laughed.

"Not now, I’m busy also." Cecilia clarified. "I mean like around the end of September. This way giving us enough time to clear everything up."

So it was arranged Omega decided to stay behind because of work (He took most of Auriana’s flights)Krista and Steve decided to stay behind. Margarita was too young to go, so she stay behind after much protest.

It was decided after much discussion to go to Puerto Vallarta for two weeks They arrived in Mexico around 3:00 PM, headed quickly t to their hotel. They had the apartment on the beach, and it was truly beautiful and spacious. There were three rooms with two double beds in each room. Auriana and Renee shared a room, Monica and Cindy shared a room, while Adrian and Cecilia shared the last room. There were two pull out couches in the living room area which was also open to the kitchen.

Auriana suggested they go to the Collage for their first night out. She was curious to see her first crush still worked there. So about 10:30, the girls were off Auriana told the lady in the front that they wanted to eat dinner, so they didn’t have to pay cover. They headed to the second floor of the club with was like a large balcony that over looked the dance floor. They were seated beside the DJ booth, with suited Auriana’s plans well, and to her surprise Frankie was working there and two other cute men. Frankie kept on looking at the table as if determining if he knew them.

Auriana ended up going into the DJ booth when the night club was underway. She discovered that Frankie did remember her. From the booth she could see all the girls clearly and saw that her sister, Cecilia and Adrian picked up two very cute men.
