4-WHEELED POT WAGGON

This model, in 1/8^th scale, is a version of Gordon Boswell's Pot waggon.  The dimensions and other information necessary to build this model came from a very similar full-size vehicle located in the Black Country of the Midlands where it was being used as a display feature for a shopping centre.  Additional information in the form of photographs was obtained from an acquaintance of the model maker.  This amalgam of information enabled this model to be built as near as possible as a replica, in gypsy style, of Gordon Boswell's vehicle.  The original waggon was built at Bill Wright's yard in Leeds.  The axle cases are of a turned design and wheels are rubber tyred.

The cart is highly decorated with model maker's own logo on the back, which adds the personal touch to this attractive model.
