The group
submitted its first deliverable last 9 August, the group's personal deadline.
It consisted primarily of the JVIS module (the test which needed to be included
in the database), and some modifications on the reports. Sir Ali, however, only
copied the JVIS module for his presentation.

With regards
to Sir's comments on the project proposal, the group still needs to continue
modifying the database, as the client changed his required 15 August deliverable
(from the complete database to just the JVIS module) after realizing
the tedious labor it needs.

CPAN
would like to extend it's sincerest thanks to Stanley Tan for helping
the group in accomplishing the 15 August deliverable in time.

The group
met again with Sir Ali regarding some clarifications on the project scope. Since
other PM groups will be working with CGO (e.g., another group will work on the
office's Session Tracker), CPAN will be solely tasked to modify the Student
Profile Database.

The group met with CGO's Mr. Ali Santiago, who asked for modifications
for the current Student Profile Database including:
To add a table for an additional exam, which will be included in the database;
To modify the Test Form in such a way that it will aslo show students' RAW SCORE and not just their PERCENTILE RANK, and;
To modify the system's report generation in such a way that it will be able to give BULK INFORMATION (e.g., ACET Results of Freshmen from the SOM), with almost the same features as that of the current INDIVIDUAL reports.
Sir Ali
also asked if it is possible for the group to link all the computers in the
office to the database, either by copying it to each terminal or through the
local server.
With regards to the whole office operations, on the other hand, recommendations
for possible automation will be most welcome. He also suggested that the group
should take a look at their filing system, since he now plans to archive files
(especailly those from the graduating seniors') in CDs.
