    Paypal does not current allow seller insurance on electronic goods because there is no concrete proof that you did in fact deliver the goods. But now you can prove you did in fact deliver it.

    A Paypal balance will be sent to me, and the items will be delivered to me in game.  After I take my commission, the remainder will be sent to the seller, and the items will be delivered to the buyer.
