Installation commanders will establish a priority system that is supportive of operational readiness, mission accomplishment, and retention. Information on the priority system can be obtained from the Resource and Referral Office located at building 5710, Camp Foster.

Shot records must be presented when registering
your child(ren), and, or updated as required to ensure all applicable immunizations
are current as follows:

Additional Information. Please include any additional information that will help us with your child on the registration form. This form will be maintained in the Child Development Center where your child is registered, and it must be updated at least once annually, or when changes occur. Single or dual military families must include identification of the responsible individual in deployment situations. This is the person responsible for your child(ren). Single parent, dual military, and DoD civilians that can be deployed, must provide a Family Care Plan to include a short-term (on island) and long-term plan for each parent.
Registration Fee. A non-refundable registration fee (per family) must be paid at the time of initial registration, and at the annual re-registration (date to be determined by CDP). Your registration fee will enable you to use any of our Marine Corps Centers; however, you will need to complete appropriate paperwork at each Center. (Fee subject to change.) (Presently the fee is $35.00)
Withdrawal Procedures. Written two weeks notice must be submitted in order to withdraw your child. (Forms can be obtained at each center.) Reasons for withdrawal can be but are not limited to, PCS moves, failure to maintain updated health and immunization records, failure to pay, or change in need for care.
