The Royal Thai Air Force Academy is opening for a man who was graduated Grade 4 High School to Join Armed Force Academy Preparatory School to training basic military with Army , Navy and Police cadets for 2 years. And then start for The Royal Thai Air Force Academy for 5 years.
In The RTAFA you will learn as engineering , sience , computer or administration program. After Graduation from the Academy , a pilot candidate will attend Flying Training School for 1 year.
In Flying Training School you will learn all about a pilot course . And depending on how you perform in Flying Training School , the decision of which aircraft you will fly is determined. Current aircraft are F-16 A/B , F-5 A/B/E/F , L-39 , C-130H , BOEING 737 , AIRBUS 310, G-222 , GATES LEARJET , MERLIN , OV-10C , NORMAD , AU-23A , PC-9 , T-41D , MARCHETTI , CT-4 . With helicopters SUPER PUMA , BELL 412SP , UH1H , S-58T , BELL 206 B-3 .
