  If you downloaded the Safety Management System SE prior to 18 October 1997, do not install it on systems running Windows 3.1, Windows for Workgroups 3.11, or Windows NT.  You may still use it on systems running Windows 95.  If the file you downloaded is titled smsse.zip, it is the old file.  Please download the updated file titled smsse1.zip before you install on the above listed systems.  The problems have been fixed and the updated software will run on all Windows platforms.
