The Safety Manager’s Guide to Safety Management provides the basic direction for managing an organization’s safety program. The guide provides general "how-to" guidance covering all aspects of the safety program. Additionally, the Safety Manager’s Guide to Safety Management provides specific guidance for comprehensive programs such as hearing conservation, respiratory protection, etc. in the form of Continuity Guides. These programs control hazards by addressing several control mechanisms simultaneously. In this way training, individual, and material / engineering control mechanisms are all addressed collectively. Continuity Guides provide detailed instructions on the requirements of these programs.
