THEN.......................and NOW
JOB TITLE: NCOIC of BLU-27 Break Out Crew

TOUR DATES: 435 MMS (Aug 1968 - Aug 1969)
WHAT WERE YOUR
ACCOMPLISHMENTS
AT PRAB:
Making sure that my crew and I had the required
munitions broken out, loaded, and ready for
TRANSPORT to the flight line day after day.
YOUR BEST MEMORIES
OF PRAB:
Sitting on the steps of the barracks and shooting the
bull with friends and then having a few beers in the
snack bar after a long hot day of hard work in the sun.
YOUR FAVORITE PHOTO TAKEN
IN COUNTRY AND WHY:
These two pictures, taken by Ty Hart, set a somber tone that
show a large base that was home for all of us for one year.
The pictures bring back the good and the bad of that year
....BUT I WOULD NOT TRADE THAT ONE YEAR FOR ANYTHING.
Photos taken by Ty Hart - 315 CAMS, R&R shop (12/68-12/69)
