Well I know that a lot of you have tried to log on only to find out that none of the pages will load properly.  We are having the same problem over here.  We have exceeded out memory allocation in geo cities and I think that is the reason for this problem.  Unfortunately to get more memory we have to pay for it and the government will not allow us to do that.  I am trying to establish separate accounts for each platoon in order to boost our memory allocation.  This should work but I means that I will have to re-build the platoon pages from scratch on a separate account.  This will take some time so please be patient.  Hopefully I can get this fixed
