Bolivia is a land locked country in the center
of South America. La Paz is the capital city with over 1 millian people.
It is located on the western side of the country in the Andes Mountain
range. The city is at an altitude of 3,658meters or 12,000 feet.
That little fact may not sound very important, but it is noticable from
the minute you get off the plane. I bent over to get my luggage and though
I was going to pass out when I stood up. The air is so thin it took a good
two or three days to get used to the worlds highest capital city.
