Fill out the form making sure you make it clear you are ordering FMMM. NOTE: your Statement will show a charge under the company name 'Knight Models". The site (chocolate coated.com, a Quilting supply business) Says that it can accept American Express, but that's my mother, not me. I can only accept Bankcard, Mastercard and Visa. Cost is 15 Australian Dollars per issue plus $5 postage for the first copy, and $2 per copy thereafter. Postage is FREE within Australia. All Overseas sent Airmail. If you are wondering how much 20 Australian dollars is, here's a link to a currency converter: Alternatively, you can send a money order or bank check (no personal checks please.) If the money is Not in Australian dollars amounts, you will need to add $7.50 for bank charges.
