Obscene or hate language will not be tolerated, or any words that can be reasonably interpreted as personal attacks on an individual. Political commentary is discouraged. To participate in local political commentary, the "We The People" website is recommended. This page is solely for veteran issues. If a comment relates to a veteran issue, but if addressing that issue requires taking issue with or complimenting a political position of someone in the government that is associated politically with the issue, then such comment will be accepted within reason. Political commentary related to elections will not be posted or acknowledged. Your comment(s) will be reviewed for any of these prior to posting.

Please keep your comments to 250 words or less. It is requested that you limit yourself to only one comment per week in order to conserve space for others. Upon receipt, your comments will be posted within 24 to 36 hours for at least 2 weeks.

We also request you state the branch of service in which you served, the service era, and the veteran organization to which you belong (if any).
