*Abigail Elizabeth GAY is one of the ENMAN/GAY connections. Because she is descended from John GAY of Dedham, she is my husband's, and X-husband's and my son's grandmother.
* Jane Douglas' grandfather William Douglas is said to have died in the Battle of the Plains of Abraham. I just thought it was so funny to see that I married into an English Family with history dating back to Acadia. Some of my ancestors where exiled out of Acadia.
