Fundy Regional Schutzhund Club
FRSC belongs to the German Shepherd Schutzhund Club of Canada. Located in the beautiful province of New Brunswick, Canada, we are a group of dog enthusiasts who firmly believe in maintaining the integrity of the working breeds.
The majority of our members come from the Port City of Saint John, although a few dedicated members come from as far away as the capital city of Fredericton. While the club is currently made up of mostly German shepherds, we also have club members who train other breeds.
Our membership is open to anyone who shares our belief in the importance of maintaining the working breeds. While specifically developed for the German shepherd, many other breeds have done well on the Schutzhund field. Generally, the dogs best suited for Schutzhund are larger working breeds with good temperaments and strong prey and defensive drives.
The goal of our club is to have a lot of fun, both for us and our canine partners.
