Lawrence County Ohio Humane Society Pets For Adoption
PLEASE ADOPT US! Please choose to adopt rather than buy a pet. For every pet purchased, a shelter dog or cat will die because there is one less home to place them in. Help end the nightmare of pet overpopulation. Spay and neuter your pets. Allowing your pets to breed is condemning homeless pets to long stays at shelters (we have had dogs for over a year), or worse, death by needle or gas chamber.
Since the shelter closed the humane society is in need of foster homes. If you are willing to foster a dog or cat call 740-532-4300 or 740-533-9050.

Fearless is in foster care. He may be an akita shepherd mix. Fearless spent many months at the shelter. He seems to love children and bonds most easily with women. There must be someone out there who is willing to provide a home for this special little dog. He is in foster care now but needs a home of his own. He is attached to a ratty old chair he slept on at the shelter. His foster mom is going to provide us with updates about Fearless. See them HERE |
