The vet said Sparkle is progressing nicely. The wounds on his feet and tail look SO much better. The vet said he may be able to begin his mange dip within a few days.
June 15, 2001 I visited Sparkle today and took him a pillow and a bit of roast beef. He was very tired and I found out why. He had been up during the morning barking at the dogs in the kennels across from him. I would call this a major improvement. I wish I could have seen it. Jody June 16, 2001 Sparkle is now a formal member of the Proctorville Animal Clinic's Glee Club. Seems he really enjoys waking early and joining in the clinic's "Barkfest". Today we received an advance copy of a press release from the United States Human Society in which they have increased the reward offer we made earlier to $2,500, upon conviction of cruelty charges. June 19, 2001 Sparkle is continuing to progress nicely. He really strutted his stuff for the camera, and REALLY seemed to enjoy the attention. He is not as sore as he has been, and still enjoys "Barkfest" each morning.
June 20, 2001 Sparkle has had his first mange dip and continues to improve, and on his behalf I thank you and ask for your continued prayers. |
