Once upon a time, in a land far, far away, there was a village called Heartland. It was located within the Realm of GeoCities.
This land grew and grew over the years until there was no more room for anyone! The Village Elders then decided the Animals were taking up so much room, perhaps they should be given a Village of there very own.
After much ado concerning Rule and claim rights, it was decided this Village should be ruled by not one but two separate and distinct Rulers. The very best were interviewed but the two chosen were connected in such a spiritual way to all the Animals, they were deemed the Rightful and Majestic Rulers of the Land of Petsburgh and were given complete release from Mother Heartland.
This meant they were free to govern Petsburgh the way they saw fit. So it came to be in this long ago time, that Sandi, Royal Duchess of PekeHaven and Richard, the Duke of Goats, began their imminent and holy rule of Petsburgh, Land of the Animals.............Jump through the Tree Stump to travel back in time.......
