Specially for the animals I have lost I made this page, so they will
always be remembered.
DONALD
Donald was my first dog. Hij was born in 1979. He was very energetic.We
could not teach him anything, but he was a very sweet dog en very loving
for our cats. Donald died 3th of august 1995.
NOPPES
Noppes was born in 1990. We found her on the road when she was six week
old. She loved to hunt for mice. She died 8th of september 1996.
RAKKER
Rakker was born in 1988. We took her from the animalshelter when she
was 8 weeks old.
Rakker loved our dog Donald very much. She was a very lovely cat.
Rakker died 4th of october 1996.
GIZMO
Gizmo was born in 1996. She was the oldest daughter of Toska. She
loved to climb trees. She died 1th of august 1997.
BOMMEL
Bommel was born in 1996. She came with us in june of 1998. Bommel died
28th of september 1998. Because she died so soon we have no picture
of her.
TIMUR (in full Timur Aslan Istanbul'dan):
Timur was born in 1983. I found him in 1989 in the animalshelter where
I worked at that time. He did'nt want to eat and I feld sorry for him,
so I took him home with me.
Timur was a real person lover, he hated the other cats and dogs but
he was crazy about people .
Timur died the 6th of March 1999.
BARNEY
Barney was the oldest son of Toska. Born on 29th April 1996. He was
a real mothers child and very kind-hearted. Especially Misja loved to
play with him. He was a real dreamer and could sit and stare at nothing
for hours. Barney died on 13th March.
MUPPET
Muppet was born in 1999. She was a very wild cat and afraid of people.
She loved the other cats and especially her two brothers Toots and Diesel.Muppet
died 10th of march 2000.
LOBBES
Lobbes was a tomcat, about seven years old. He was very quiet en very
sweet. He liked to sleep a lot in a chair or on my lap. On december
11th 2000 he died.
BAS
Until June of 1998 he was a poor vagabond that got his food from my
mother-in-law. Everybody said that he had to be put to sleep, but I
didn't want that to happen. 10 months later he had become a beautiful
grown up tomcat that weight 9 kilogrammes!
Bas was a wonderful cat. I love all my cats very much, but he has a
special place in my heart. He was so attached to me and every day he
showed us how glad he was that he had a house of his own. Unfortunally
he died on the 11th of november 1999.
JIP
Jip was born in 1995. I found him in october 2000 in the animalshelter.
I feld sorry for him because no one wanted him, so I took him home with
me.
Jip was a very lonely cat, he was afraid of the other cats.
He did'nt feel at home with people and died on Christmas mornining 2000.
TABBEY
Tabbey was born in 1999. We found her in december 20001 in the animalshelter
along with her friend Gabber. We took them home, but Tabbey did'nt feel
at home with us. She wanted to be outside. She died 11th of january
2001.
MURPHY
Murphy was born in 1995. We found him in october 2000 in the animalshelter.
He was found on the street, so I took him home with me.
Murphy was a real person lover, he did'nt like the other cats but he
was crazy about us.
He died on 21th of august 2001.
GABBER
Gabber was with us since december 2000. He came from the Petshelter
along with his girlfriend Tabby. With his 2 years he was the boss in
the house. If he did'nt want any of the other cats near us he scared
them away. Gabber died on 31th of october 2001 of cancer.
MOEPIE:
Moepie is a real mother. She has had lots of kittens and was born in
1982. Along with Lobbes and Bas she came to us in June 1998, when my
mother-in-law died. These were her cats.
Moepie is a very active cat and she can do the most crazy things. She often makes me laugh.
Moepie died on the 19th of November 2002 of old age.
CHERRY (in full Cherry de Beauval):
Cherry is a Persian shell cameo cat. In 1991 I heard from friends that
there was somebody who sold Persian cats at low prizes.
One of those cats was Cherry, 4 months old. Because she was'nt used
to see people she was very afraid of us. I decided to take her home
anyway.
Unfortunately, Cherry is still afraid of people, but she loves the other
cats and the dogs. She also loves to be outside. Rain, wind, snow or
heat she does'nt care. She loves it!
Cherry is the daughter of Macho de la Karminte and Minouche de Beauval. She has a large family tree.
She died on the 11th of August 2003 of cancer.
KRUIMEL:
She was the first cat I bought in 1987 at a market in Belgium. Six weeks
old she was, all white and very small.
You often hear that white cats are deaf, but happily she's not.
She is a perfect mother to the other cats although she never has had
kittens of her own.
Her only problem is her allergy, but fortunately I can keep that under control.
Kruimel died on the 23th of September 2003 of kidney failure.
Since 1995 I lost 1 dog and sixteen cats. That is very much. I'm
sorry to say that most of cats were killed by cars. Now we have deceided
to take no more cats in our house, because it hurts too much to see
them being killed.
