We had good intentions of posting material from the newsletter on the Web for folks to see. Unfortunately, it does not seem to be viable. The newsletter schedule has been changed to February, April, June, August October and December - the original schedule of publishing on the odd months conflicted with so many things - which is why the newsletters are late. That will hopefully be fixed by the time 2000 hits us! In fact, the December edition was mailed to dues-paying members on 12/31/99.
