     "Moonie" is the matriarch of our clan.  She is now 10 years old.  She had a healthy litter of four kittens last May, and is still breeding at the advise of her vet.  Now retired from showing, Moonie placed in top 20 regional cats in each of the five years she was shown in TICA.  She also achieved International color awards, which is quite a big accomplishment. 
     Moonie is a Silver Classic Tabby.  Her best features are her deep, emerald-green eyes; and her hard, solid body.  She also has a very distinctive "matchbox" and good head type for a silver female. 
      This picture was taken in May, with Moonie taking a break from the kids.  Just for fun, I took Moonie to a big show in March - and she still managed to snatch a final away from the boys and other competition. 

     "Bobby" is our patriarch (when Rama, our 8 1/2 year old neuter lets him).  Bobby is three-years-old, and has been a wonderful guy to have around.  Not only does he love to cuddle up, and get hugs . . . But he produces great kittens too!
     Bobby is also a Silver Classic Tabby.  He is the father of more than a few show cats out on the circuit, and puts a "look" on his kids that is easily recognizable.   
     Bobby's best features are a solid frame that embodies the "sack of oats" quality sought in Americans; and his great color and contrast. 
     

      Mohawk is out of Moonie and Bobby.  He is sweet, and has the hardest body you can imagine.  He has great color and contrast, and a nice, broad head.  He had green eyes at 5 weeks - like most of our babies.
     This picture was taken when Mohawk was a year old.  Since it was taken, he has broadened out in the head, and his stud jowls are developing.  Because his head has broadened, his ears are a bit wider apart now too.
     Mohawk loves the shows, and the attention he gets.  If you get close enough - he might grab your hand for a quick lick or two.  He is famous for rolling on the judges table.
