MUFFET AND THE MOUSE |
As Muffet sat under an old, shady tree, along came a mouse as silly as could be.He said, "Muffet will you play with me?" "Oh yes, said Muffet, catch me if you can." So away she went, she ran and ran. The mouse yelled out, "I'll catch you Muffet, you know I can!" Soon it was dark and muffet barked, "go away little mouse, get away from my house!" The mouse ran away to her own little bush, and was so exhausted, she fell on her tush. ® Virginia Mills, 1989.

FLUFFY-POOCH |
Sitting is Fluffy-Pooch, on her chair. I always know when she's there. When she see's me, over she scoots. It makes me so happy, from my head to my boots! ® Virginia Mills, 1989. |

LITTLE LOLLI |
Lolli, Oh Lolli, Where can she be? She's usually around, playing with me.This little Chihuahua is my best friend, We're sticking together till the end. She barks and runs and will chase everything. She's the happiest doggie, with whatever I bring. Fun does not include that big, hairy dog, that comes over and flops, like she's in a fog. But usually though, when everythings right, she will make everyone's day, ever so bright.

RAINDROPS ON MY LITTLE HEAD |
The sky is gray, and the rain is comming down. How will I ever get to town?I need to buy some biscuits, you see. They will taste just right, with my doggie-brew tea. There are raindrops on my little head. I wish it was lots of sunshine, instead. My umbrella won't work, and my raincoat won't fit. So I guess I'll just have to stay here and sit!
