We originally were under the kennel name JEM and have a few champions under that prefix, then in 1985 we changed the name to Wind'n Satin. Wind'n Satin has had Borzoi since 1981, Saluki since 1985, and Azawakh since 1989. We are members of American Azawakh Association, Borzoi Club of America, Midwest Borzoi Club, and Secretary/Treasurer of National Borzoi Rescue Foundation. We here at Wind'n Satin truly believe in the versatile hound. We believe in health, longevity and out going temperament. We have selectively bred toward this goal for over 15 years. We believe that a good borzoi comes in any color or combination of colors and present to the borzoi fancy some of our versatile hounds. We do have puppies or young adults most of the time. We offer full written warranties for health. Any dog may be returned to us during it's lifetime if the owners can no longer keep the dog. We offer assistance in handling and training animals sold. We have produced SBIS, Specialty Award of Merit winner, Group winners and placers, multiple BIF coursing dogs, multiple HIT obedience dogs and lovely pets for the person who is looking for that certain Borzoi for their home. We have had dogs in the top 10 in conformation, obedience, and coursing through the years. We hope you enjoy our site and our introduction some of our outstanding animals!
