Our Story

Country Outlet Inc. is a locally owned business in the heart of Ohio farm land with over 15,000 sq. ft. , located on a major 4 lane highway in Dalton Ohio. We like to call our store the Front Door to Amish Country which we proudly promote on our billboard. Our specialty is unique gift items from around the world and locally made Amish furniture. We have been in the furniture business for 23 years and are now attempting to open our first online store. This site will start with a small sample of what we offer and our hopes will be to add many more items as time permits. We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction and getting a value for your money. Our store is open 6 days a week from 10 am to 5 PM and Sunday 12-5. We encourage tourists or people living in the area to stop in and say hi, we are always ready to chat and try to meet your needs.

Ordering Information

The best option for ordering is to e-mail us with your order which will start the processing of your request. We are not comfortable with on line credit card orders so you must call our store within 48 hours of your site order to process payment . We feel safer in taking credit orders over the phone, at our store. You also have the chance to talk to a human instead of a machine .This will be treated as a simple catalogue order that all people are comfortable with. When we feel that on line credit card orders are right for us we will post that information here. At this time we are not able to take C.O.D but will accept checks by pre pay for those who do not want to use Master Card ,Visa or Discover. For general inquires you may call us during business hours at 330-828-2388. We carry a large inventory and in the case of shortages we will notify you and give you the chance to cancel your order, we know waiting for merchandise can be very aggravating. We are open seven days a week but accept phone inquires Monday through Friday , 10 to 5 . Just email us with any questions.

Shipping

All orders received by 5:00 PM Eastern will be shipped within five days of order if :
* We receive payment confirmation .
* Item is in our inventory. (you will have a chance to cancel order if we are out of stock)
We will use USPS Priority Mail for all orders and pride ourselves on quick ship.

Returns

We have a very simple return policy that states , if your not happy we aren't either. Your money will be refunded in full , it's that simple. All we ask is you return the item in the original box and we will refund your money. We recommend you send returns by USPS but the option is yours since you bear the cost . We don't send out damaged goods so please inspect your merchandise for shipping damage and report it to the appropriate company.
