Power Wash - Dirt and mildew is removed using power washer and detergent or bleach, if required. Loose paint chips are cleaned up and house surface is allowed to dry.

Scrape & Prime - Any remaining loose paint is removed and all bare areas are primed. If necessary, areas around doors and windows are caulked. Feather sanding and stripping is done upon request.

Painting - Before painting, all non-painted surfaces are fully covered to protect against splatter. Finishing coat is then applied using brush, roller, or sprayer, depending on the surface and condition. A second coat is available when specified on the contract. Touch ups are applied when necessary.

Clean Up - Full clean up is done daily and upon completion of the job. All garbage, including paint chips, is removed. Emphasis is placed on clean, professional work.
