Step
1- Ride beside the object you are going to grind in the ollie position,
its easier to learn by riding at an angle, Then you can work on riding
parallel.
step2-
ollie and twist your back foot around ( kinda like a shifty ), and shift
you weight backside (kinda like a bs 180, but dont really twist).
step3-
Land grinding bsckside with you wieght centered over the trucks

4- when you bet to the end of the obstacle lift your front trucks up, and
ride off.
