Set your feet in the kickflip position, but your front a little bit farther
up on the board(not to far up or the board will pop up and hit your shine).

keep your shoulders parallel to the board and pop a clean kickflip while
starting to rotate your body backside.
step3-
make sure that once the board has flipped 180 degrees, that your body has
also rotated 180 degrees, it helps to rotate your body a little quicker
than the board, or try to keep your feet above the board when its rotating.
step4-
catch the board with your back foot.

land , and be sure to keep your head up, or else you will fall forward.
