Step1-
Be good at half cab ollies, and backside boardslides. Ride up to the rail
in the halfcab position, ready to do an ollie.
step2-
pop you half cab, but only turn 90 degrees, land with the middel of your
board on the rail.
step3-
now it should feel like a backside boardslide.
step4-
when you reach the end of the rail, turn your back foot around and land
riding regular(or fakie).
