step1-place
the toe of your back foot on the tip of the tail, and your front foot at
a 45 degree angle a few inches above the back bolts.
step2-with
a boast of energy kick down on the tail, while at the same time sliding
your front foot up like an ollie, but when your foot reaches the
top bolts kick your foot out to the side
step3-after
you have kicked your foot out,bring your feet around the the board and
up towards your body, after the board has completed a complete flip catch
it with your back foot an inch below your front foot, level out the board
and land
