SLW Tournament army (2000 points) - For the SLW tournament (3/1/0) 2 not played
Brief: This is a Warhammer Fantasy Battles tournament, purely for South London Warlord players. It started 1/07/2001, and is supposedly going to finish some 6 months later.
Scenarios this time around, so hopefully it will make people think about more versatile armies. Possible winners this time? Well there are 5 Dwarf armies of various types and 4 High Elf ones, but the real winner will probably be Adam's Chaos HtH army, one of the Lizardmen or possibly the Orc and Goblin horde. Should be fun no matter what happens!
Don't know where my notes went. But the end result was Alan Pospiech's VC Blood Dragons 1st, Harry's Skaven 2nd, and Adam's Chaos Warriors 3rd. I came an admirable 8th, which wasnt bad since two games i got zero points because my opponents and i never got together to play (slackers!). Coincidentally i had highest points difference at +5,644 points, though the top 3 did more damage they lost more too.
