Jim Reeve Memorial (Wisemans Ferry)
JIM REEVE MEMORIAL SKI RACE - WISEMANS FERRY NSW The Jim Reeve memorial race. The annual event was held on Sunday 15th March at the Ski Grounds at Wiseman's
Ferry. There were a lot of breakdowns, falls and a large number of missed starts. Tony McLeod's rig "Top Shot"
(an U/19 Boys entrant) ran an excellent race and took the overall win on the day. Jamie Graziano wiped
out very hard and required medical treatment after a social craft decided to do doughnuts in the middle of the river to make
things more "interesting" for themselves. It's understood that the Waterski Assoc. is taking legal action against the
driver of the craft as the centre of the river was closed for the event. |
