Asian Club Responsibilities
- Meetings - 2:20 until done
- Officers are responsible for keeping the club in order
- Members are responsible for helping the officers by contributing ideas, etc.
Club Fair
- Cook Asian food after school
- Teacher classes on how to break
- Martial arts act for Heritage Night
- Sell T-shirts with cool designs such as dragons, Asian Characters
- Sell chicken, shrimp, and fried rice to the students

Teaching lessons on how to break
- WHEN: November 8, 2000, every Wednesdays till?? After school, what time?? till??
- WHO: David Touch, volunteers to help??
- WHERE: School or TJ Rec Center??
- WHY: To involve students who are interested in learning how to break and
involving other people to interact with activites of Asian club
- HOW: If at TJ Rec Center, Carpool?? if so, how much??
Luncheon
- WHEN: November 15, 2000 at bother lunches
- WHERE: In Mrs. Hollis's room
- HOW MUCH: $3.00 or higher???
- WHY: To make money and bring Asian food to give for teachers and staff only
- WHAT: Need suggestions of restaurants of where we can go to get ordered food
- **NEED FOOD! DRINKS!! CONDIMENTS!! VOLUNTEERS!**

Selling Asian food after school

- WHY: To advertise Asian Club and let school have a taste of Asian food
- WHAT: Need Bowls!! Untensils!! Lots of fried rice!!Cups! Sodas!! Napkins! Meat !! Fortune Cookies!!
- WHO: Volunteers??
- WHERE: After school in front of large gmy lobby and possibly cafeteria lobby
- HOW MUCH: Fried Rice: $1.00Meat: $0.50 Drinks: $0.25 Fortune Cookies: Free if you buy something
