Cinnamon Ridge I Condos

Thank you for inquiring about our apartment with a Hot Tub and Dry Sauna inside the apartment. My wife and I own a 1750 square foot Luxury Condominium at the base of Keystone Mountain in Keystone Colorado. Most Condo's at Keystone are between 900 and 1100 square feet in size. We are approximately 150-200 yards from Keystone Mountain, and we sit right on the Snake River, which runs past our back door. It flows year round and especially in the Summer months with snow melt run-off. The sound of the River Flowing is absolutely wonderful. Our magnificent vistas and views of Keystone Mountain are unmatched by most other apartments.

Our unit consists of Two bedrooms and Two baths and is located in an eight unit building, that is four stories tall with only two apartments on a floor, separated by a large foyer, two stairwells and an Elevator . This layout of only two apartments on a floor, offers total privacy from your neighbor. This past Summer we completely remodeled the entire apartment with all new appliances, (Range and Microwave Oven, new Berber carpeting that cost over $4000.00 and fresh paint, new blinds etc.etc. ) Our kitchen is fully equipped with everything including dishwasher, disposal, coffee maker, pots, pans, cooking utensils, washer and dryer etc. etc. The living room has a fireplace and the deck is always stacked with a half cord of firewood. We have a beautiful view of the Snake River Basin and Keystone Mountain, which is lighted at night. Again, we are about a 150-200 yard walk to the Ski Lifts and the base of the mountain, the Mountain House, The Ski School, The Bunny Hill, The Ski Rental Shop and the Snowboard Center. We also have a Private Sauna and Hot Tub in a separate private room inside our apartment with bay windows overlooking Keystone Mountain and the Snake River Valley, and a Gas B-B-Que Grill on the open air porch.

Wood Duck at Timber Ridge

Located in Wildernest, right in the heart of ski country, our beautifully furnished condo provides a cozy retreat after a day of skiing. The first floor unit sleeps 6 with queen bed, double bed, and queen sofa sleeper. The kitchen is fully equipped for gourmet cooking, and the living room contains an entertainment center with large screen cable TV, VHS, stereo, and CD player. Floor-to-ceiling windows provide spectacular views of Buffalo Mountain, and both the living room and master bedroom have private balconies. Our condo is ideally situated within 15-30 min. of all Summit County ski areas, and a free shuttle bus stops right in front of the complex. Relax in front of a crackling fire after a day of skiing, or enjoy a soak in one of the hot tubs in the clubhouse, just a short walk from our door.

TenderFoot Lodge Condominium

New 2 bedroom deluxe condo with high catherdral ceilings and a beautiful rock fireplace. All furnishings are western cedar log style.
