Crampon (the Rule, not the Game)

Description

Crampon, which is a thing used in climbing, is the ultimate Crampon rule, and sums up the game very well.

Crampon is like wlonk in that you say it before something else, e.g. "crampon spam". The effect of crampon is nothing at all! "Spam" is identical to "crampon spam."
