While concepts of the regional plan were in place, government political intervention to ensure extractive resource revenues have defeated the capabilities, and sustainability of the plan...these are our honest comments to the document.

An example of efforts to make all these initiatives work, in a small community in British Columbia, Canada - This is a "Sustainable Tourism Construction Zone" - and it is not an easy chore at times. The Revelstoke Land Use Plan is still in draft stage, and this writer has submitted constructive, thoughtful comment to the plan - now loaded here.
