Differences from other Forest Cats

What distinguishes Siberians from other forest cats is their geometry.

The Siberians can be thought of as circles. They have a more rounded head, eyes, ears and a barrel-shaped body.

The Maine Coons are more rectangular. They have a longer body, tail, legs and taller ears. The Norwegians are more triangular. Their head is triangular shaped, with slanted eyes and pointed ears.

The Siberians are slow to mature taking up to five years, and should develop into a large heavy cat, males weighing considerably more than females.

If you wish to learn more about this exciting breed, or are interested in acquiring a Siberian, please contact us, we will be glad to assist you. Our Cattery is registered with most major cat associations, and all our breeding pairs are award winners and very friendly.
