Clowning around

Page last updated on 8 November 1998
Some people tell me that I am a bit of a clown. They might be right.

I've participated in the Auckland Central Santa Parade twice, in a couple of other Santa parades around town and in the Juggling Parade in Wellington. Being an anonymous clown lets you get away with murder :-) or at least hassling the police (in a nice way).

Since my first appearances in parades I've learned to juggle. Not brilliantly, but it is a recognisable juggle.

Juggling is a really useful part of being a clown. I don't even have to try to make it look awkward, I still often find it difficult :-)

My incomparable juggling style. The hands still come up far too high to juggle elegantly
