None of us intend to make animals become extinct but the fact remains that we do it everyday by not doing anything to prevent it. We all say that we wish there was something we can do to save them, or make excuses by saying "But what can one person do? or "What difference can I make?" The fact is, we can all make a difference. One person alone can make a difference by simply following these simple tips. I'm not saying it will be a huge difference that will prevent an animal's extinction but image what could happen if each of us do these things thinking "I may be the only one but at least I am doing something instead of idly standing by." If each one of us focus on just what we ourselves can do then each one of us together can make a huge difference. or at least, we can try. By reducing our demand for and the waste of electricity, petroleum products, metals, land, paper and wood and by becoming aware that when we discard toxic, non-biodegradable wastes, we're only creating pollution that comes back to haunt people and animals alike. Below is a list of what we all can do to help stop the destruction of their habitats and hopefully save some of our animals from extinction. Place this list where everyone can see it; on the refrigerator, by the coffeepot, or cut it into sections and place them in appropriate places around your home or workplace as reminders.
