Back in November I headed down
to Ashikaga, in the southern part of Tochigi for a weekend wine festival.
Show up, pay your 1500 yen, and in return you get a bottle of wine, a lovely
wine glass, and a spot under the vineyards. There was great live music,
bread and cheese, a man dressed up in a giant wine bottle suit, and a lot
of really drunk people. It was a blast, I ended up going both Saturday
and Sunday. I can't tell you too much more, one of these days involved
a bit of a blackout. Anonymous quote of the day from Sunday, "I'm not drunk,
I'm just spinny".
