List of Projects undertaken through The Initiative of His Majesty the King, No. 15
On December 4, 1998 on the occasion of the King's birthday anniversary, the King gave the government and the groups, which had and audience with the King, an edict with one part specifying "Being the tiger is not important. Chiefly, we must have enough to meet our needs and have a self-sufficient economy. The sufficient way means we're able to earn enough to sustain ourselves."
"Self-sufficient Economy" according to the edict means development of elememtary economic structure by means of reinforcing most farmers to have enough to make a living.
The King also emphasized a line of an edict in one part, "If could be back to a self-sufficient economy, not completely, even though unable to reach a half way, just a quarter, we would last."
