Help setting up HP48 accessories

Setting up your Infrared Printer:

First, on your HP48, purge your IOPAR and PRTPAR (if they exist) to reset the settings to the factory default state. Then, type -34 CF to make sure printing is set to print out the IR port. Turn on your printer, and make sure the paper is loaded properly. Set the contrast to medium darkness. Make sure fresh batteries are installed. Turn on your printer. Align the IR windows of the HP48 and the printer, and make sure they are about 1 to 2 inches apart. Type "Test" PR1 and press enter on the HP48. The printer should have printed "Test". If it didn't, email me and I will help you through it.
