This page is all about strength training and the sport of powerlifting. I felt that I should make one because Im in the gym about three times a week lifting heavy weights and think I know some things about it. If you're a beginner be sure to read the articles I've written as they will save you so much time and put you way ahead of the learning curve. I've been lifting on and off for about 5 or 6 years now, really seriously for the last year and a half. Let me tell you I've made more gains in that last year and a half then I did all those previous years. You dont need steroids do see gains, you need knowledge and thats what Im offering...Here's my lifts at a meet. These were done without a shirt or squat suit but I did use knee wraps on the squat. Im not top ten in the world but I've found these numbers to be pretty competitive for the 165 class.

Squat: 365

Deadlift: 405

Bench: 265
