What is your interests?

I have a very broad spectrum of interests!

On the sporty side, I love playing basketball and tennis; recently I also picked up weight-training as a hobby although I have to admit that being a medic does not always allow the consistency and perseverance required in the "pumping-iron" game.

On the musical side, I have been playing the violin for more than 10 years now. I played in many orchestras, mostly school orchestra however, and won some prices as well. I also enjoy writing (or technically transcribing) MIDI files of my favourite music, both classical and pop. (Hey, the song you are now listening to is a MIDI file I wrote for a friend's wedding!!)

On the academic side, I am a free-lance contributor of the Mad Scientists Network, where I electronically answer questions from people all over the world. You can submit any scientific query to them, but no guarantee that I would be answering any of them since they have a modulator to distribute the questions.
