What is my major area of expertise?
My major area of knowledge, expertise and interest is the socioeconomic aspects of science and technology management at national, regional and global levels. This expertise was acquired in both industrialized and in developing countries. Visits or field missions in more than forty African countries have strengthened my capacities in Africa in this area.
I also have some expertise in information technology, including Lotus Notes, FrontPage, Office 2000, Internet Explorer, Windows NT. Project.
