3 Beer Wings! Put on some cookin' music on the stereo. Make sure you have an hours worth in the queue. Get a couple of dozen wings clip the skin at
the wing joint for easier eating. Sprinkle generous amounts of Garlic Powder and Old Bay Now, get the Weber ready with some orange hot Kingsford, pyramid the coals to the side of the grill. Now place the wings onto the grill surface, but none of them directly over the heat. Put the lid on the Weber. Get another beer, and some baseball reading material. As you finish the beer, check the wings, should be gettin' a little dark. Next to your grill, soaking in water, should be wood chunks (Hickory, Mesquite, Adler, Cherry, etc.). Open the grill flap over the hot coals, and put a handful of soaking wood chips right on top of the hot coals. Pour your favorite bar-b-que sauce (laced with more Frank's garlic, and Old Bay) over each wing. Put the cover back on the Weber. Get another beer, and an empty bowl. As you finish the next beer, your wings should be ready and the sauce on the wings should be smokey warm, not burnt and charred. Pull the wings off into the empty bowl. Start chowin'!
